Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual for the post of ICT Facilities Manager. The post is underpins the crucial infrastructure components that help deliver the Digital Strategy.
Identified within ITIL v3 Facilities Management and will be responsible for ensuring the following aspects of ICT Infrastructure are fit to support critical services:
Network Cable Management & Containment.
Network switch room UPS.
Datacentre Environment including: -
o Cooling
o UPS
o Power distribution
o Physical security
o Fire Suppression
o CCTV
Scheduling Maintenance to minimise disruption to services.
Controlled Physical Access and monitoring.
Training of IT support staff.
