Job Title: ICT Trainer
Salary: 30,000 to 34,000

Location: Homebased Northwest (and some office work)
Weekly Hours: 35 hours (Monday to Friday)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainer within the ICT Operations Department.

You will be homebased, living within the North-West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to be able to deliver in-house training courses and attend meetings when needed.
What will my working week look like?
Apart from scheduled business-as-usual training delivery in the office, no two weeks are the same in this role, and that's part of what makes it so rewarding. One day, you might be delivering a live training session in the office or hosting a webinar for colleagues across the business. Next, you could be designing a new presentation, editing or creating e-learning modules and presentations or creating engaging video content and instructional guides.
Balancing content creation with training delivery, all while working from home.

What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you'll play a vital role in designing and delivering high-quality ICT training across the organisation. You'll be responsible for creating engaging and accessible learning content, whether that's face-to-face sessions, webinars, e-learning modules, videos, or written guides, to ensure colleagues can confidently use our core systems and tools.
One of the great things about this role is the variety it offers. You'll become a subject matter expert in key business systems, such as Housing, Finance, and Document Management, and learn how to utilise various ICT systems quickly, then apply that knowledge to support colleagues at all levels. If you enjoy translating information into clear, practical learning experiences, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.
Alongside training delivery, you'll also contribute to maintaining our end-user documentation library and help shape a proactive, user-focused training service.
