We are now seeking an experienced

Immigration Solicitor

to join our expanding

Business and Personal Immigration Department

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a broad caseload of

personal and business immigration matters

, including: Spouse and family visas Skilled Worker, Global Mobility, and Sponsor Licence applications ILR, nationality, and EUSS matters Appeals and Administrative Reviews Provide accurate, timely, and practical legal advice to clients. Draft legal documents, representations, and correspondence to the Home Office and relevant authorities. Manage client relationships effectively and ensure excellent client care at all times. Liaise with businesses on corporate immigration and sponsorship compliance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records in accordance with the firm's compliance and Lexcel standards. Attend client meetings and represent clients where required. Keep up to date with changes in immigration law, policy, and Home Office procedures.

Key Requirements

Qualified

Solicitor

(or equivalent legal professional) with

at least 2 years' experience

in UK immigration law. Strong knowledge of both

personal

and

business immigration

matters. Excellent communication, drafting, and advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated commitment to client service and compliance. Experience using

LEAP

or similar case management systems (advantageous).
