Our client, a prestigious and award-winning Commercial Law Firm ranked Tier 1 by the Legal 500, is looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ - 2 PQE) to join their thriving team in Newcastle.
The Role
You'll work as part of a very supportive team headed up by an energetic and highly experienced Partner on a wide range of commercial property matters. From major investment acquisitions and disposals to estate management and development projects, this is a chance to build your expertise in one of the largest and most respected property teams in the region.
Key Responsibilities

• Advising commercial landlords on estate management for shopping centres, retail portfolios, and other key assets
• Acting for investors in single and multi-property transactions
• Supporting major restructuring, residential, and commercial development deals
• Collaborating with a talented team on projects for a broad regional and national client base

About you

• Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE with experience in commercial property, which could be a strong seat in your training contract
• Solid grounding in landlord and tenant matters
• Experience with investment transactions is a bonus
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused mindset and team player attitude
