We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Immigration Advisor

to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping clients navigate UK immigration law while meeting high professional and compliance standards.

You will be responsible for providing accurate advice, managing a caseload, and offering representation on immigration matters in line with IAA and Legal Quality Assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities



Provide advice and casework assistance in all areas of UK immigration law Represent clients in verbal and written form, including in court where applicable Maintain up-to-date records and case notes Attend client meetings Stay current with immigration law developments and attend training Work to meet personal and team targets

Requirements



IAA Level 2 accreditation (Immigration) is essential

Asylum accreditation and experience desirable Proven experience in a similar, target-driven role Strong communication, organisational and client care skills Confident in liaising with clients, authorities, and stakeholders Level 1 advisors may be considered if committed to achieving Level 2 within 6 months

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Experience:

Immigration & or asylum: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Immigration and Asylum Accreditation at level 1, 2 or 3 (required) Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) (preferred)
Work authorisation:

United Kingdom (required)
Work Location: Remote
