Job - Immigration Adviser - Level 1

Responsibilities

Provide expert immigration advice and services in accordance with OISC Level 1 standards Assist clients with various immigration applications and queries Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility and document verification Prepare and submit immigration applications with attention to detail and accuracy Liaise with relevant authorities on behalf of clients to ensure timely and effective communication Keep abreast of changes in immigration regulations and update clients accordingly Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications

OISC Level 1 accreditation is essential Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) 3-4 years of practical experience as an Immigration Advisor In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
