Job Description
Responsibilities:
Undertake initial consultation in Portuguese
Provide correct advice to clients
Deal with all types of visa categories
Advise, assess and collect and record relevant documents for migration process
Submit applications to Home Office or other authorities
Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant legislation
Comply and deliver within set deadlines
Adhere to company processes and policies at all times
Requirements:
Portuguese speaker (Mandatory)
IAA Level 1 Accredited
1 year of Immigration experience
Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
Deliver the highest level of service to all clients
Ability to work unsupervised
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good legal writing and drafting skills
IT and Microsoft Office literate
Remain efficient and productive under pressure
