About the Role

We're hiring an

Immigration Adviser

to join our expert team.


You'll be right at the centre of it all - providing expert, empathetic support to users navigating the UK immigration system. From sponsor licence queries to visa applications, you'll guide them through it all, making the complex feel simple.


You'll work closely with our product and operations teams to ensure every experience is smooth, compliant, and empowering.

What will you be doing?

Deliver world-class immigration advice to individuals and employers (focus on UK visas, sponsorship, Home Office compliance) Draft, review, and submit applications through our digital platform Ensure all advice aligns with IAA/OISC guidelines Communicate with users and stakeholders to resolve queries and explain immigration options Collaborate with our product and operations teams to improve tools and workflows Help create user resources to improve education and experience Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and onboarding sessions

IAA Level 1 (Formerly known as OISC) accreditation is ideal. If you don't have it yet, we'll support you in obtaining it. You have 6 months - 3 years of experience in immigration advice, casework, or compliance You're a confident communicator who explains things clearly You're tech-savvy and thrive in a startup or fast-paced environment You care about making the immigration process less stressful for others Experience working in a startup environment is a bonus, but

30 minute call with the Talent Team

45 minute interview with the Ops Manager

45 minute interview with the Immigration Team Lead

90 minute onsite interview with the Founders, hiring manager and team
