We are now seeking a skilled

Immigration Solicitor/Advisor

to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of personal and business immigration matters. Advise clients on a wide range of immigration issues, including:

Personal Immigration

: spouse visas, family applications, naturalisation, asylum & human rights claims.

Business Immigration

: sponsor licence applications, skilled worker visas, compliance advice, global mobility. Draft, prepare, and submit applications, representations, and appeals to the Home Office, Tribunals, and other relevant authorities. Provide clear, accurate, and timely legal advice to clients. Represent clients at hearings, tribunals, and appeals where required. Keep up to date with developments in UK immigration law and policy. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the growth and development of the department.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (1-4 years PQE) or OISC Level 2/3 Accredited Advisor. Demonstrable experience handling both personal and business immigration cases. Strong knowledge of UK immigration law, policies, and procedures. Excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
