Immigration Solicitor

to join our growing team, with experience in both

personal and business immigration

matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to manage a diverse caseload, provide expert advice, and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a broad range of

personal immigration matters

, including: Spouse and partner visas Visitor, student, and family applications Naturalisation and British citizenship Human rights and asylum applications Appeals and administrative reviews Manage

business immigration cases

, including: Skilled Worker and Sponsorship Licence applications Global Business Mobility and Expansion Worker visas Innovator Founder and Graduate visas Compliance and right-to-work advice for corporate clients Provide professional and practical legal advice to individuals and corporate clients. Prepare detailed legal representations, applications, and appeal bundles. Represent clients before the Home Office, Immigration Tribunals, and other relevant authorities. Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines effectively. Contribute to the firm's development through client care, business development, and networking.

Requirements:

Qualified

Solicitor (1-3 years PQE)

or equivalent experience in immigration law. Strong understanding of

UK Immigration Rules, the PBS system, and Home Office procedures

. Proven experience handling both personal and business immigration cases independently. Excellent drafting, communication, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high professional standards. A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Pay: 28,000.00-40,000.00 per year
