The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 6 years PQE experience of working in a similar environment. We expect the candidate to manage his/her own casework load. The candidate must have an experience in dealing with following visa application categories:

Strong experience of dealing with Global Talent Visa Must have a vast knowledge of Sponsor Licence application and assigning and allocating successful Certificate of Sponsorship. All PBS categories including Tier - 2, Tier-4, Tier-5. Prepare and submit applications under Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the Points Based System. Strong experience in Global Talent and Sponsor Licence Spouse Visas Visit Visas Family and Private Life - (FLR) Applications Indefinite Leave to Remain - (ILR) Applications. Naturalization and British Citizenship Applications. Refusal, Appeals & Judicial Reviews

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting representation and letters to the Home Office, Courts and other third parties. Attending clients to take their detailed instructions Filling visas application forms Advising clients in relation to the supporting documents for required visa category. Be able to help with applications to the Home Office on behalf of clients and have full knowledge about immigration rules and Point Based System. Have an ability to meet deadlines and work well in a busy office environment. Have good communication skills, a formal vocabulary, and be confident when speaking to clients both over the phone and in person. Be familiar with Microsoft and Outlook. Have good note taking skills. Be able to prepare cases independently. Have excellent drafting skills.
