As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a talented Immigration Solicitor to join our Immigration Department.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Immigration Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to handle a varied caseload of

personal and business immigration matters

. You will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision while being a key part of our collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of

personal immigration

matters including: Spouse, fiance(e), and partner visas Asylum and human rights applications EEA applications and appeals British citizenship and naturalisation Judicial review and administrative reviews Handle a wide range of

business immigration

work such as: Sponsor licence applications and renewals Skilled Worker and other PBS route applications Global Mobility and Start-Up/Innovator visas Right to work checks and compliance advice Represent clients at the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and Upper Tribunal where appropriate Liaise with clients, the Home Office, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner Keep up to date with developments in immigration law and advise clients accordingly Draft legal documents, correspondence, and provide detailed legal advice Maintain accurate records and billing in accordance with firm and SRA standards

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with

1-3 years PQE

in immigration law Strong knowledge of both

personal and business immigration

law and Home Office policies Previous experience managing a full immigration caseload with minimal supervision Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Commitment to providing a high standard of client care Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
