We are now seeking a

motivated Immigration Solicitor (1-3 years PQE)

to join our expanding Immigration Department, covering both

personal and business immigration matters

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of

personal and business immigration matters

including: Spouse and family visas Skilled worker and sponsorship licence applications Nationality and settlement applications Appeals and judicial reviews Business immigration & investor/entrepreneur routes Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. Draft legal documents, witness statements, and applications with accuracy and efficiency. Attend tribunals, hearings, and client meetings where required. Build and maintain strong client relationships while meeting billing and compliance targets. Supervise trainees/paralegals as required.

Requirements

UK-qualified Solicitor with

1-3 years PQE

in Immigration Law. Proven experience in handling a wide range of

personal and business immigration cases

. Strong knowledge of Home Office procedures, Immigration Rules, and case law. Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management and organisational skills. Commitment to professional growth and development.
