Templeton Legal Services is a dedicated legal firm based in Harrow specializing in immigration law. Our mission is to provide expert legal assistance with integrity and professionalism, ensuring our clients' needs are met with care and precision.

We're now seeking an ambitious Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, comfortable working independently, and motivated to help grow the firm's client base.

The Role

You will work across a full spectrum of immigration matters, including:

Family, partner, and private life applications Work and business immigration (Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Innovator, Global Talent, etc.) Settlement (ILR) and nationality applications Human rights, asylum, and appeal work
This role offers genuine autonomy. You'll manage client files from initial enquiry to decision, supported by our administrative and senior legal team. We're particularly interested in someone who can develop their own following and contribute to business growth.

About You

You're proactive, commercially minded, and confident taking ownership of cases. You're also professional, ethical, and client-focused.

Essential:

Qualified

Solicitor (up to 3 years PQE)

or

OISC Level 2-3 Adviser

Strong grasp of UK immigration procedures and case management Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to generate or attract new business (networking, referrals, online presence, etc.)

Desirable:

Some existing client base or community links Experience in private immigration work (Family/Corporate Immigration) Familiarity with case management software (Clio, Leap, etc.)
