ROLE OVERVIEW:

Join our UK-based team and embark on an exciting journey as a Consultant, specializing in NEC Housing IT systems for the not-for-profit social housing sector. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and develop new skills, delivering systems and services that drive employee capabilities and public value.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expert consultancy on Housing system implementations, focusing on system configuration and build.
• Deliver exceptional consultancy services to existing customers utilizing our Social Housing Management Software.
• Ensure effective delivery of consultancy and training, consistently achieving positive customer feedback.
• Drive customer satisfaction with the product, promptly reporting any issues to internal teams.
• Maximize billable utilization and contribute to product development and user guides.
• Develop and maintain customer and internal training courses and solution design manuals.
• Continuously progress and update knowledge in all aspects of Social Housing Management.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being available for travel, including overnight stays, and working outside standard hours.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• In-depth expertise in Allocations, Housing Advice and Homelessness processes using Housing systems.
• Previous exposure to Housing products or Housing environments within Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
• Experience in a consultancy environment, delivering excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of project methodologies from a consultancy standpoint.
• Experience working with customers and/or external agencies, including delivering training or seminars.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in demanding circumstances.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in handling multiple parallel projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in creating, configuring, and implementing NEC Housing system modules.
• Working knowledge of Unix and/or SQL.
