I'm Sean, the Head of Videography here at DFYNE, I'm looking for someone who's going to help us build and maintain DFYNE's colour identity across all of our projects & platforms.
We're looking for someone who is going to excel in the colour grading of all our content here at DFYNE, from our YouTube videos to social media posts, documentaries and so much more.
We need someone who can work closely with our videographers & editors to to create unified visual direction, helping colour match and balance footage from different cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.
If you excel in colour grading fashion, lifestyle & fitness footage, as well as strong ability to create in house LUTS for our team, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Colour grading of all DFYNE content (Youtube, Social Media, Documentaries).
Build and maintain DFYNE's colour identity across all projects.
Match and balance footage from different cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.
Create, refine, and update LUTs for internal use.
Manage colour workflows for RAW/LOG footage.
Deliver optimised exports for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads.
Experience Needed:
A background in colour grading fashion & fitness footage is desirable, but not essential.
Skills:
Strong background in DaVinci Resolve.
RAW/LOG grading
ACES/Colour Management
Skin tone mapping
Mixed lighting correction
