About the Role
Due to recent growth and new client wins, we're looking for a full-time
Inbound Administrator / Goods-In Coordinator
to join our tight-knit team in Ilkeston. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone organised, energetic, and keen to grow with a business that rewards loyalty and commitment.
You'll be based fully on-site at our Soloman Road unit in Ilkeston.
Hours
: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch).
Overtime
available regularly.
What You'll Be Doing
Checking in goods on our system and labelling them with your team ready for shipment to Amazon.
Communicating directly with clients via Discord to flag issues and offer support.
Supporting the warehouse team with labelling and handling of incoming stock.
Using Amazon systems to ensure fast, accurate processing and turnaround.
Working closely with couriers and drivers to ensure smooth, organised deliveries.
Meeting daily targets and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Being a key part of a small, supportive team where every person counts.
What We're Looking For
Someone with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
A team player who's comfortable in a small business setting.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (note: it's cold in winter and warm in summer!).
Confidence using computers and navigating software.
