We are seeking a dedicated Goods Inwards Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth flow of goods into our warehouse.

Job Purpose:
The Goods Inwards Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and quality control of incoming goods, ensuring efficient operations and accurate stock management. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in operating counterbalance forklifts, side loaders and Bendi forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking in Deliveries: Schedule and coordinate incoming deliveries, liaising with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely arrivals. Receiving and Storing Deliveries: Unload, inspect, and accurately book in goods using warehouse management systems, ensuring proper documentation. Putting Deliveries Away: Safely and efficiently store goods in designated warehouse locations using counterbalance forklift, side loaders and Bendi forklifts. Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and replenish picking areas to maintain smooth warehouse operations. Printing Labels: Generate and apply accurate labels for incoming goods to ensure traceability and compliance with company standards. Quality Checks: Perform thorough quality inspections on incoming deliveries to ensure products meet specifications and report any discrepancies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised goods inwards area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to support stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience operating counterbalance forklift, side loaders and Bendi forklifts. (Up to date license not a must) Previous experience in a goods inwards, warehouse, or logistics role. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Attention to detail for accurate stock management and quality control. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and label printing software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Desirable Skills:

Experience in the pipe fittings or manufacturing industry. Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
Working Conditions:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm). Based at our warehouse in Brierley Hill, West Midlands. Physical role requiring lifting, moving, and handling of goods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
