no sales element to the role.

Our unique systems ensure that you have all the information that you need for each call that you answer.

The role is fast paced, where no two calls are the same and provides opportunity for our employees to build an understanding of different clients and industries across the UK. The successful candidate will be adept at multi-tasking, including speaking and listening to callers while using their PC. Full training and support will be provided from day one to help build skills and experience that will allow you to be successful in the role.

We are looking for people to add to our growing team at our attractive, modern offices at The Gyle. You will join a supportive friendly team working in a modern and relaxed environment.

Within the role you will be responsible for:



Answering calls on behalf of our clients, covering a wide range of business sectors all over the UK. Provide callers with the information they need. Take brief but comprehensive messages which our systems automatically send to our clients by email or SMS. Identify the relevant client contact for a caller to speak to and transfer their call through. Access online diaries to book and amend appointments on behalf of our clients.

What are we looking for:



A confident and professional telephone manner and speaking voice. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. High proficiency in English; written and verbal Good keyboard and multi-tasking skills. Previous contact centre and customer service experience- preferred.
