What You'll Be Doing



Answering incoming customer calls and handling enquiries Listening carefully and providing accurate information or solutions Logging customer queries and updating internal systems Working as part of a team to meet response time and satisfaction targets Escalating complex issues to team leaders when necessary Following scripts and processes, while delivering friendly, tailored service

What We're Looking For



A calm, confident communicator with a friendly phone manner Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Able to handle multiple tasks and stay composed under pressure Comfortable using computers, systems, and databases A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people Previous call centre or customer service experience is helpful--but not essential
