What You'll Do

Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally and efficiently Provide accurate information and support on products, services, and policies Resolve issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Meet individual and team targets for call quality and customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For

Strong communication and active listening skills Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer care Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential Reliable and flexible with availability to work shifts including evenings and weekends Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
