Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide accurate product information and resolve client queries in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times. Assist with troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in real time. Ensure the accurate entry of customer data and follow up on any unresolved matters. Contribute to the continued success of our campaigns by providing valuable feedback to the team. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, processes, and services to better assist clients.
