Work closely with clients across different industries, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Manage client contracts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their goals and expectations. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of customer service representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance atmosphere. Actively participate in team meetings, helping to drive both individual and team development.

What You Bring:

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Leadership potential with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving shared goals. Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or client management is preferred, but not required.
