Role Overview:


We are currently seeking

Agents

to join our customer service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience from the moment they reach out. As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, ranging from general product questions to more complex service concerns. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customers feel valued and supported at every step through using the online electronic sign up service.

Normal shifts consists of working between the hours of 10:00am till 18:00pm, you may also be expected to commit to one evening shift during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email, or chat. Respond to questions regarding products, services, and account details.

Problem Resolution:

Identify the root cause of issues and provide timely and accurate solutions, either by resolving them directly or by escalating to the appropriate team.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, pricing, and policies to deliver accurate information and assist customers effectively.

Data Management:

Log all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries, outcomes, and any follow-up required.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Performance Metrics:

Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with new products, services, and processes. Provide feedback on customer trends and common inquiries to help improve systems and processes.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or a call centre role is preferred. Experience handling inbound inquiries, whether by phone, email, or live chat, is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and concisely.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent critical thinking skills to assess issues, determine solutions, and navigate complex situations.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Customer-Centric Attitude:

A friendly and empathetic approach to customer service, with the ability to remain calm and professional, even in stressful situations.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to maintain accuracy in both communication and documentation.

Multitasking Ability:

Comfortable managing multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.

Team Player:

A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to team goals and support colleagues when needed.
