Job Description

We are a spray painting company based in Stockport and we are seeking a friendly and customer-orientated individual to join our team. With your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, you will help to build strong relationships with our customers, you will be their first point of contact, dealing with enquiries, resolving any queries through to the completion of their job.

Your role will be to:

Provide a professional and superior experience for every customer. Manage customer queries via phone calls as well as responding to emails and queries received by WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and text message. Prioritise and respond to customer queries in a timely fashion, managing their expectations. Accurately log all queries on our customer relationship management system. Provide customers with an estimate for their transformations to be carried out. Schedule in person or video call appointments for our Salesperson (whose role it is to book in jobs). Schedule smaller sprays, send spray confirmation emails and complete job sheets for such sprays, where a visit from our Salesperson is not necessary. Respond to queries from customers who have a spray booked in as well as past customers. Follow up leads who have made an enquiry and/or received an estimate, to progress the lead. Liaise with customers when they visit our showroom, where you will be based Monday to Friday.
You will:

Have experience in a customer service role via telephone or face to face. Demonstrate a high level of customer care, always putting the customers' needs at the heart of the decisions you make. Have a polite, professional phone manner with the ability to communicate in a clear and confident tone. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple queries simultaneously. Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Our intention is to employ a person to fulfil this role from 1st September 2025.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
