The Role: Inbound Sales Executive
As the face of our delegate sales team, you'll handle warm inbound enquiries and convert them into bookings for our market-leading events. You'll speak to decision-makers, understand their needs, and showcase how our conferences deliver real business value.
This is not cold calling--you'll be working with interested prospects who already know and trust our brand. Your job is to guide them through the sales process and close the deal.

What You'll Be Doing
Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels, selling them delegate passes to one of our amazing conferences
Following up with warm leads quickly and professionally
Understanding delegate goals and recommending the right conference options
Building relationships that convert--then last
Explaining the value of attending with confidence and clarity
Working closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
Logging activity in our CRM and keeping sales records clean and clear
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
What We're Looking For
One full year of work in any role (ideally office based)
Experience in sales, customer service, or account management and events experience is a plus
Strong communication skills--you're confident, articulate, and persuasive
Target-driven mentality with a love for closing deals
Resilience, self-motivation, and a strong sense of ownership
Solid organisational skills--you're on top of your follow-ups and your numbers
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
A strong academic track record and a genuine ambition to succeed
