We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Study Centre and provide critical support to our students and staff in managing behaviour, delivering mentoring programmes, and promoting a safe and respectful learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the daily running of the Study Centre, ensuring a calm, purposeful environment for student learning. Oversee seclusions, behaviour interventions, and the administration of the Academy detention system. Provide structured mentoring and behavioural support for a caseload of students. Liaise effectively with parents, teachers, and school leaders to ensure joined-up support. Contribute to Academy supervision systems, including patrols, and break/lunch duties as required. Support with restorative practices and reintegration of students into lessons.

The UCL Academy is sponsored by UCL, a world-class, multi-faculty, research-led university. UCL's vision is an innovative Academy for pupils aged 11 to 18. We are a comprehensive, co-educational, non-denominational, fully inclusive and an active member of the Camden family of schools.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 28,992.05 per year
