Hours of Duty: Full time 37 hours per week. Term time only.

We are looking to appoint a highly committed and proactive Inclusion Manager to join us at Acer Academy a brand new school with excellent facilities and a strong vision for high-quality inclusive education.


This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Headteacher, Executive Head and Senior Leadership Team to shape and embed our inclusion, pastoral and safeguarding systems from the very beginning. You will play a key role in building a culture where every pupil is supported to succeed both academically and emotionally.

The role will include:

Leading and coordinating the pastoral team on a day-to-day basis Acting as the Lead Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) Working alongside the SLT to deliver high-quality behaviour, attendance and welfare systems Coordinating referrals, Early Help and Team Around the Family meetings Building strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies Supporting transition into Year 7 and between key stages Planning and monitoring interventions through provision mapping Tracking data linked to behaviour, attendance and pupil support Contributing to the strategic development of inclusion across the school Working closely with the Headteacher and Executive Head to drive the School Improvement Plan
