As an Inclusive Employment Team Manager, you'll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and autism, are supported throughout their journey with us and that we are consistent in delivering the best service possible.
You will oversee and work closely with a team of Inclusive Employment Consultants; directing and motivating them to exceed our contractual targets for job outcomes and customers entering and remaining in employment.

About You
To be considered as Inclusive Employment Team Manager, you need:
Strong management skills and experience
To be confident in networking; building and maintaining relationships
The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
The ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
