In housing you can make a real difference, the role of an Income Advisor will involve:



Delivering excellent customer service to both inbound and outbound customer contacts. Supporting local income teams to achieve collection targets. Working positively to sustain tenancies whilst maximising the collection of rent to meet key business and service targets. Proactively contacting customers with debt to obtain payments, sign posting customers to benefit and money advice services where appropriate; promoting and setting up direct debits.

As an Income Advisor we need you to have:



Excellent customer and communication skills. Commitment to delivering the best outcomes for people with a positive, can-do mindset. Excellent administrative skills to effectively collect and update customer profiling data.

Experience of working for a housing provider or local authority. The ability to work in a busy environment. Proven excellent customer service skills and experience.
