Income Development Administrator

The Income Development team currently needs to raise 5.3 million to support the work of Dr Kershaw's Hospice. We are an independent Hospice serving the people of Oldham and surrounding districts and a registered charity. The Role



We are now seeking to recruit an efficient, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Income Development Administrator to provide support within the Lottery Team. The successful candidate will undertake important administration work related to our Lottery draws and special events, be responsible for keeping our Lottery players data up to date and accurate, alongside banking and cash reconciliation activities and providing customer service to our incredible supporters, ensuring they receive a high quality experience.

Highly organised, with excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail?

Able to multi task and work effectively whilst managing interruptions and distractions?

Experienced in strong administration and database skills and have an excellent telephone manner?

Able to actively engage with members of the public on all levels?

This is a part time, permanent role.

Salary

: 24,465 per annum (pro rata)

Hours

: 16

hours per week
