Our Customer Experience Committee has been in place for two years and plays a vital part in ensuring that Saxon Weald achieves its ambition to 'focus on customers', our key strategic aim. An independent member is a full member of the committee who will specifically bring insight and experience of being a Saxon Weald customer. This means you will need to be an existing tenant or leaseholder of Saxon Weald.


The role will involve attending four committee meetings a year and joining the full Board twice a year for an away day. Two of the committee meetings will be held at our offices in Horsham and two will be online via Microsoft Teams. Board away days will be in person. Time will be required to read committee papers in advance of meetings.


This is an important role, with responsibility for building relationships with other members, contributing at meetings and helping us improve our customer service. In exchange for your valuable input, we will pay you 3,150 per year, along with reasonable expenses for any travel, and the provision of a laptop or other device.
