We are seeking a talented and passionate Curry Chef, Tandoori Chef and South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, with a flair for creating delightful dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and hospitality. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in supervising kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation processes.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulation
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
A passion for culinary arts and a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge within the field.
