We are seeking a skilled

Curry Chef

. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of authentic curry dishes, using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients to deliver outstanding flavours. This role requires a strong understanding of spice profiles, excellent kitchen management skills, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present a diverse selection of curry dishes to a high standard. Develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and authenticity in every dish. Manage daily kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and service. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service and uphold quality standards. Train and support junior kitchen team members when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Curry Chef or similar role within a professional kitchen. Expertise in preparing and cooking various curry dishes using authentic techniques. Strong understanding of spice blends, flavour balancing, and traditional cooking methods. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices. Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Formal culinary training or relevant certification preferred but not essential. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, authentic cuisine.
