We are recruiting for an experienced Indirect Sourcing Lead to develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services that support our business operations.




In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and procurement, you will align sourcing initiatives with organisational goals while optimising costs and improving supplier performance.

Strategic Sourcing



Define and implement sourcing strategies

at the business or plant level to optimise procurement processes and drive cost efficiency.

Collaborate with regional and business teams

to align sourcing strategies with organisational goals and ensure effective execution.

Expertise Development



Develop in-depth knowledge

of the sourcing discipline, leveraging prior experience and acquired expertise to shape and execute functional policies and strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends

and best practices to continuously improve sourcing methodologies.

Communication and Collaboration



Engage with direct colleagues and business stakeholders

to coordinate design and sourcing services, ensuring alignment and clarity in deliverables.

Provide informal guidance

to new team members, fostering knowledge sharing and team development.

Explain complex information

in straightforward situations to facilitate understanding and decision-making.

Impact and Autonomy



Drive improvements in projects, processes, and procedures

within the sourcing field, ensuring alignment with functional practices and procedures.

while focusing on the execution of activities and provision of advice within established guidelines.

Required Qualifications



Relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and/or relevant experience in supply chain/procurement.

Desired Characteristics



Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Project management skills. Commitment to understanding business needs and delivering sourcing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Focus on execution to deliver measurable improvements in cost efficiency, supplier performance, and process optimisation. Data-driven decision-making to track and analyse sourcing metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
