The Diocese of Westminster is looking for a passionate and experienced

Individual Giving Manager

to lead a portfolio of high-impact fundraising appeals and events that support our mission across parishes, schools, and outreach projects.



This is a unique and pivotal role in our Development Department, responsible for managing The

Cardinal's Appeal

,

Priest Training Fund Appeal

, and

Sick and Retired Priests Fund Appeal

, and their associated events, as well as producing supporter communications such as the Mosaic magazine. You'll also help deliver bespoke engagement events and support the promotion of legacy giving.



You'll work closely with senior leadership, creatives, clergy, and donors to craft campaigns that inspire generosity and strengthen our donor community.




What you'll bring:

Proven experience in individual giving or charity fundraising Strong planning and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Understanding of GDPR and ethical fundraising practice A collaborative mindset and passion for mission-led work Appreciation for the values and ethos of the Catholic Church
