The Individual Human Data (IHD) Governance Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing robust enterprise-wide governance frameworks to facilitate compliant, efficient, and scalable access to individual human data (IHD) across R&D. This position is responsible for embedding automated & adaptive governance within data workflows, ensuring the highest privacy, legal, and ethical standards are consistently met, whilst accelerating the availability of data to drive research and innovation. The successful candidate will harness advanced governance technologies and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable solutions. By safeguarding data integrity and building trust, the IHD Governance Leader will underpin GSK's strategic priorities, ensuring responsible, audit-ready data use at scale and supporting timely, informed decision-making across all therapeutic areas.
