We are seeking a talented and passionate Indo Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and culinary arts, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety, and creating delightful dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and dietary requirements. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene within the kitchen at all times. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role, with strong cooking skills. Excellent knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for food and creativity in menu development is highly desirable.
