Our Brand & Industrial design team know the magic. Those wizards look into a crystal ball and get a holistic view of the user experience. With all their wisdom, they lead the design processes from discovery to delivery, always keeping in mind our customers and their interests.
We're looking for a Junior Industrial Designer with an interest in graphic design, print, and industrial production. You'll support projects such as card launches, packaging, and merchandise development. Technical proficiency is expected, alongside strong communication and a creative mindset.
We're not looking for keyboard jockeys. We want passionate creatives.
What you'll be doing
Contributing to the design and development of physical design and print projects
Communicating with prototyping and manufacturing suppliers
Conceptualising and pitching new design projects to relevant stakeholders
Owning or contributing to documentation, design systems, and guidelines
What you'll need
A problem-solving and user-focused mindset
A proactive and goal-driven attitude
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Familiarity with the full design and development process from concept to production
A background in designing physical or printed goods
Experience liaising with vendors
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Keen interest in materiality and CMF
Graphic design skills, including illustration
Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
A portfolio showcasing high-quality design work
Attention to visual detail and aesthetics
Nice to have
Familiarity with 3D visualisation tools such as Cinema 4D
