About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Industrial Disease Fee Earner
to join our team at Pabla + Pabla Solicitors. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Head of Department in handling a varied caseload and contributing to the continued growth of the department.Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of
non-asbestos industrial disease claims
. Handle claims with and without supervision, ensuring high-quality case progression. Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to a supportive and positive working environment. Where applicable, assist in developingmilitary disease claims
within the ID caseload. Prepare and progress cases to litigation where necessary, including issued cases. Maintain a detailed and methodical approach to case handling, ensuring compliance with firm procedures.Requirements
2-3 years' experience
in handling varied industrial disease cases (non-asbestos). Experience of working both independently and as part of a supervised team. Ideally some exposure toissued cases
. Experience withmilitary disease claims
is desirable but not essential. Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical working style.What We Offer
