We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Mixing Operative/Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of Clean room protocols, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently within a team.

Duties

Operate and monitor Industrial Mixing machinery machinery to ensure efficient operation. Follow HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety standards throughout the production process. Conduct regular checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed. Assist in the preparation and packaging of manufactured products while adhering to quality control measures. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Skills

Strong knowledge of HACCP principles Experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively. Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and maintaining accurate records. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
