We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint coatings to a variety of industrial equipment, machinery, and structural components. Your expertise will ensure products meet rigorous quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality. Apply industrial and construction-grade paint coatings using airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, rollers, or other application methods. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support ongoing training in industrial painting techniques and safety procedures to stay current with industry standards.

Skills

Proven experience in industrial or construction painting environments Proficiency in using airless paint spraying equipment along with brushes, rollers, and other application tools.
