We are looking for a proactive and organised

Influencer Executive

to manage a small outreach team and support influencer and affiliate campaigns. You'll play a key role in driving brand visibility and content acquisition by coordinating daily outreach operations and ensuring smooth campaign delivery.

This is a team-level role, ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and previous experience in influencer marketing or creator outreach.

Duties



Source and collaborate with relevant influencers across social media platforms Negotiate collaborations, deliverables, fees, and usage rights, managing contracts and agreements Manage campaign timelines, content collection, and approvals, reporting on campaign results Track performance, including engagement, sales, and code usage, and report results Build strong relationships with creators and oversee affiliate and ambassador program management Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, ads, and design Monitor industry trends and competitor campaigns Develop and execute innovative content strategies across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience. Utilise Google Ads and SEO techniques to optimise content for search engines and increase organic reach. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines. Write engaging copy for various formats, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials using WordPress. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to stay ahead of the curve. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.

Qualifications



2+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing or a related field is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with project management tools to coordinate campaigns efficiently. Knowledge of copywriting principles and marketing strategies is essential. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) for brand promotion. Analytical skills with experience in tracking campaign performance
