The UK market is the heart of our business, and we are seeking a results-driven

Influencer Lead

to take ownership of this critical market. As one of our most established regions, the UK offers a dynamic yet exciting challenge: the role is both performance-based and strategic, offering an exciting opportunity to drive measurable results while implementing innovative, think-outside-the-box strategies to maintain and expand our competitive advantage in a constantly evolving landscape. In addition to delivering influencer campaigns, you'll oversee TikTok Shop agency relationships (in both markets) to grow this channel with the support of your team.

UK market for Wild whilst expanding performance in Australia and Canada

Please note this role is based in London and is a Senior Role.

Some of your responsibilities:



Lead influencer strategy

across UK, AUS and CAN markets - balancing growth goals with brand-building

Own and manage relationships

with creators, talent managers, and agents - from micro to celebrity level

Plan and oversee campaigns

that span brand moments, product launches and always-on influencer activity

Optimise performance

, using data to iterate and improve results (engagement, reach, ROI, CAC, etc.)

Grow Wild's ambassador community

, including brand fans, affiliates, and long-term creator partners and experiential events to connect IRL with them

Collaborate cross-functionally

with paid media, brand, and growth teams to amplify influencer content across channels

Stay on top of trends

, platforms, and creator dynamics to keep Wild culturally relevant and ahead of the curve

What we need from you:



You have

5+ years experience

in influencer or partnerships marketing - ideally across multiple markets You're plugged into

UK, AUS and/or CAN creator ecosystems

and have a strong network of contacts You understand both

brand and performance influencer marketing

and can confidently speak to ROI You're a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder who can

negotiate, brief and manage talent


You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can

balance strategy with hands-on delivery


You're

creative, commercial and collaborative

- equally comfortable pitching an idea or building a spreadsheet Bonus: You have

agency or scale-up experience

, or have worked in-house at a high-growth consumer brand Passionate about sustainability and excited to be a part of a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
