The Role




As an Influencer Outreach Executive, you will be instrumental in executing and evolving our global outreach strategy, with a primary focus on maximising brand reach, visibility, and awareness across key platforms. Reporting to the Global Outreach & Partnership Manager, your role will directly support the growth of our global presence through strategic outreach initiatives and impactful collaborations.


You will lead the discovery and onboarding of emerging talent, manage and grow existing partnerships, build brand-aligned collaborations, and support content-led strategies that build trust, engage, and educate audiences while strengthening brand perception.


We're seeking a passionate, forward-thinking team player and strong communicator with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, who will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and driving reach through innovative creator partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities



Supporting the Outreach Manager with planning, development, and execution of our global outreach strategy. Responsible for the end-to-end relationship management of collaborations, from initial reach out, negotiations and managing contracts with creators, ensuring there are clear deliverables and expectations set Assist with managing outreach budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships that maximize ROI while in-keeping with spend forecast Identify new opportunities, audiences & communities to develop key relationships to help grow Club L's reach and sales, to ensure sustained growth within the UK, US and all key territories Work closely with creators to curate authentic and engaging content that resonates with their audiences while aligning with Club L's brand voice and aesthetic. Collaborating on content ideas, providing creative direction, and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure outreach efforts align with ongoing campaigns roll out, product focuses & trading activity Performance tracking & reporting - monitoring the success of creator partnerships, recording all activities according to the set processes, helping to maintain accurate documentation

More about you



2+ years' experience growing creator partnerships preferably within Fashion or Beauty Good understanding of influencer marketing and brand alignment Experience of campaign management & collaborating with creators to develop engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness and loyalty across key platforms and leverages creator partnerships effectively Ability to identify creators who resonate with the brand, ensuring all partnerships reflect the brand's vision Collaborative attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key business departments and 3rd party partnerships. Flexible and enjoys working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment Strong communication skills Desirable knowledge of Shopify, Airtable, & Dropbox
