Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a rapidly expanding multi-billion-dollar London-based Hedge Fund which is currently seeking a skilled Information Security Engineer to join the team. This role is a great opportunity to lead the way in cloud management, automation, and cyber security. Supported by Microsoft Gold Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Microsoft Cloud Security Stack, including Sentinel and Defender suite.
Manage storage systems, including Azure storage and SQL Server.
Provide technical input and implementation for projects.
Implement security improvements and propose new implementations.
Maintain documentation of systems and policies.
Support the adoption of SOC-2 compliance.
Requirements:
- Essential technical capabilities: Microsoft 365 Security, Azure Identity and Security, IP Security Management, PowerShell, Linux & Windows Administration.
Strong knowledge of security management principles, procedures, and standards.
Preferred qualifications:
Microsoft Security Compliance suite certification.
