Job Description

A new contract requirement for a Infrastructure Architect has arisen with our international IT client. This is a contract role for an initial 3 months. The role is fully remote but candidates must be based in the UK and no sponsorship is available.

This role will be to support on a cyber remediation client project. As such candidates will need to have AWS skills specifically but in addition will need to have a blend of design and implementation capabilities.

This role requires you to support in the assessment and remediation of cyber vulnerabilities, requiring a good understanding of best practice security principles and how to obtain them. This is a combination of analysis, design, and implementation skill sets.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in infrastructure architecture and solution
• Demonstrable industry knowledge and experience of working in an BPO environment
• Significant experience in IT with much of it in infrastructure design and delivery
• Extensive knowledge of cyber security, networks, telephony, security, domain, EUC, and application services.
• Expert knowledge of AWS.
• Demonstrable knowledge in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, with associated supporting qualifications preferred
• Ability to motivate and drive enthusiasm with colleagues
• An understanding of the business challenges facing organisations in relation to the contact centre strategy and customer management
• Solution consulting/delivery skills, proven experience of managing solution deliveries preferential
• Good communication skills and customer facing skills, ability to communicate complex ideas simply at all levels of the organisation including on occasion to Executive stakeholders
• Good commercial and risk management skill set
• Forward looking, keeping up with today\'s technologies but seeking out opportunities for where new technology could provide a strategic advantage
