The Infrastructure Implementation Lead will be responsible for working in the Facilities and Compliance team to help deliver the following:


Support regulatory inspections and ensure corrective actions from compliance audits are embedded into project design and delivery. Lead a programme of continuous improvement, reviewing and redesigning existing operational and compliance processes. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting tools, and workflows to improve service delivery and compliance assurance. Engage teams across maintenance, compliance, and project delivery functions to embed consistent practices. Provide regular progress updates to senior management, governance groups, and project boards. Facilitate training and change management activities linked to new processes or project outcomes.

Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP). Demonstrable experience managing M&E and/or fabric infrastructure projects. Experience working within a compliance-led facilities environment. Strong understanding of statutory requirements related to building services and facilities operations.

Desirable:




Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of CAFM systems and asset management tools. Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, education, manufacturing).

Skills & Competencies:




Strong project planning, budget management, and organisational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Able to work independently, make decisions, and lead cross-functional teams. Commitment to delivering high standards of health, safety, and compliance. Process-driven mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements.

Additional Information:




Occasional out-of-hours work may be required to support project delivery.
