Infrastructure Project Manager Construction Consultancy
Job Description
A privately-owned firm operating in the construction consultancy sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Newcastle.
The Project Manager\'s Role
The successful candidate will oversee a range of projects within the transportation sector, working primarily on public sector projects.
This will include frameworks with organizations such as the Highways England and Network Rail where you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Project Manager Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field, such as construction, engineering, or project management.
- Significant experience in project management within the construction consultancy industry, with a particular focus on transportation projects.
- RICS, CIOB, APM, or ICE accreditation (or working towards one of these).
- Experience in managing project teams and contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Salary range: \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa355,000 per annum.
