A well-established construction consultancy with a strong market presence is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Cardiff.

The Project Manager\'s Role

The Project Manager will specialize in delivering projects within the healthcare, education, and local authority sectors, collaborating with Senior members of the team to oversee and deliver these projects.

In this role, the Project Manager will provide contract administration, including preparing and reviewing contracts, change orders, and progress reports. The Project Manager will manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Project Manager Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field (such as construction, engineering, or project management).
• Significant experience in project management within construction consultancy, preferably with experience in the public sector.
• A strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing project teams and contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and other industry standards.
